Blue-Cheese Herb Dip

- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 (5-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs -- such as green onions, parsley and dill
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Assorted fresh vegetables
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and buttermilk, whisking to combine. Add blue cheese, herbs and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.
