    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup nonfat blue cheese salad dressing
    • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
    • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onions (Walla Walla or Vidalia)


    Instructions


    1. Combine salad dressing, sour cream, artichoke hearts and chopped onions. Stir together. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
