    From "Deviled Eggs" by Debbie Moose


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, yolks mashed in a bowl
    • 2 Tbsp plus 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • About 3 Tbsp crumbled fried bacon or real bacon bits


    Instructions


    1. Combine thoroughly mashed yolks with mayonnaise and mustard. Add blue cheese, and mash well into mixture with a spoon. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.

    2. Fill whites evenly with mixture, and garnish each egg half with bacon bits.

      Makes 12 deviled eggs.
