List of Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, yolks mashed in a bowl
- 2 Tbsp plus 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- About 3 Tbsp crumbled fried bacon or real bacon bits
Instructions
- Combine thoroughly mashed yolks with mayonnaise and mustard. Add blue cheese, and mash well into mixture with a spoon. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
- Fill whites evenly with mixture, and garnish each egg half with bacon bits.
Makes 12 deviled eggs.
