List of Ingredients
- -- Salsa --
- 1 Tbsp diced green onions
- 3 Tbsp diced fresh cilantro
- 1 whole green bell pepper, diced
- 1 whole red pepper, diced
- 1 whole yellow pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp red pepper
- 3/4 cup diced onions
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Juice of 4 fresh limes
- .
- 32 (21/25 count) fresh shrimp, peeled
- Seafood boil
- 1 fresh lime, cut into wedges
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the salsa ingredients, mixing together for approximately 2 minutes to make a salsa.
- In a medium pot, put shrimp into boiling water with seafood boil of your choice, and cook until done. Remove from water and allow to drain. Chill shrimp.
- To serve: lay a bed of salsa in a deep cocktail glass. Pile shrimp in glass on top of salsa. Garnish with lime wedges, tortilla chips and remaining salsa.
