Brie with Praline Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ounces butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 ounces brown sugar
- 5 ounces chopped pecans
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Brie cheese
Instructions
- Bring cream, butter, sugar, brown sugar and pecans to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Place Brie on top of the bread and spread with the praline sauce. Heat at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
Serve with sliced apple.
