Celebration Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients



• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped carrot
  
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
  
• 1½ tsp prepared horseradish
  
• ¼ tsp salt
  
• ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  
• Assorted crackers and breadsticks
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients except pecans and crackers in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
   
   
2. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in pecans. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
   Serve with assorted crackers and breadsticks.
   
   Makes about 2½ cups.
