Celebration Deviled Eggs

List of Ingredients
- 12 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dill weed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Milk
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a shallow bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients, except milk; stir well. If necessary, stir in a little milk to achieve desired consistency. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Cover and chill before serving.
Makes 2 dozen.

TIP
Use a pin to prick a small hole in the large end of an egg before boiling it...keeps them from cracking!
