    Celery Sticks with Whipped Brie

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 to 6 ounces Brie, at room temperature
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temperature (4 Tbsp)
    • 16 to 20 celery sticks, about 4 to 6 inches in length*
    • 2 to 3 Tbsp finely chopped Italian parsley


    Instructions


    1. Remove rind from cheese and whip with the butter in a medium-size bowl until light and creamy.

    2. Spoon mixture into a self-sealing plastic bag with a hole cut in the tip; pipe cheese mixture into celery sticks. Dip one end into chopped parsley.

      Makes 16 sticks.

      * To prevent sticks from wiggling while piping cheese mixture into them, you can shave a flat surface on underside with paring knife.
