Cheddar Fondue

- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ cups milk
- 8-ounce package Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan; whisk in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Gradually add milk; boil for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Reduce heat; add cheese, stirring until melted. Transfer to fondue pot or slow cooker to keep warm. Serve with bread cubes or pretzel sticks.
Makes 2½ cups.
