    Cheesy Baked Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    • 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, chopped
    • 2 cups mayonnaise
    • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • Crackers, for serving


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400° F.

    2. Using a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an ovenproof baking dish.

    3. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
