Cheesy Baked Artichoke Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400° F.
- Using a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an ovenproof baking dish.
- Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
