Chili con Queso Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can green chiles, chopped
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, minced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a double boiler over boiling water, stirring until cheeses are melted and blended well with the spices and chilies.
Serve with Fritos or taco corn chips for dipping.
