Classic Blue Cheese Dip

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup)

- Fresh vegetables, such as celery and carrots cut into sticks, and cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine sour cream, whipping cream, cream cheese, onions, garlic, hot pepper sauce, salt, cayenne and parsley; process until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in crumbled blue cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a serving bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 3 days before serving.
Serve with a platter of fresh vegetables.
Makes about 3 cups.
