Crab-Stuffed Avocados

List of Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- Sea salt and white pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire (preferably white)
- 8 ounces fresh crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp minced red bell pepper
- 4 to 6 avocado halves
- Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Sliced black olives
Instructions
- Melt butter; add flour and milk, whisking over low heat until thickened. Season to taste with approximately 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Remove from heat and stir in crab and minced red bell pepper.
- Place avocado halves on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spoon crab mixture into avocados and place in a 350-degree oven. After 10 minutes, top with the grated cheese and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes longer, until heated through and starting to brown.
Serve garnished with black olives.
