    Creamy Roquefort Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
    • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
    • 1/2 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Blend Roquefort and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Blend well. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with vegetable crudité. (This also makes a wonderful dressing for salads.)

      Yields 2 cups
