    Cruisin' Crab Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
    • 1 cup seeded and chopped tomato
    • 1 small clove garlic, minced
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp hot sauce
    • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 lb. fresh jumbo lump crabmeat, drained
    • Garnish: chopped fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 11 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet; place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gently fold in crabmeat.

    2. Spoon into serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with French bread slices toasted with Casino Butter. (For Casino Butter, see recipe under Butters-n-Spreads category.)

      Makes 6 cups.
