Cruisin' Crab Dip

List of Ingredients
- Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 cup seeded and chopped tomato
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb. fresh jumbo lump crabmeat, drained
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Combine first 11 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet; place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gently fold in crabmeat.
- Spoon into serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with French bread slices toasted with Casino Butter. (For Casino Butter, see recipe under Butters-n-Spreads category.)
Makes 6 cups.
