Decoy Bean Dip

List of Ingredients
- Two 10-1/2-ounce cans Frito's bean dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1-1/4-ounce) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 20 drops (yes, exactly) Tabasco sauce
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- .
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, combine all ingredients except the cheeses and the chips. Spoon mixture into a shallow, greased, 2-quart casserole dish. Top with the grated cheeses. (At this point, the dish may be refrigerated until near serving time).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are melted. Serve with a basket of crisp tortilla chips.
Yield: 8 to 9 servings
