    Deviled Eggs with Caviar, Magnolia Grill's

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half, yolks removed
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    • 2 Tbsp minced fresh chives, plus more for garnish
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • 1 ounce American caviar


    Instructions


    1. Mash yolks in a bowl. Combine with mayonnaise until fairly smooth. Add mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco and chives, and combine well. Season with salt and pepper.

    2. Fill whites evenly with the yolk mixture (the eggs can be made several hours ahead up to this point). Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    3. Just before serving, top each egg with a generous spoonful of caviar and garnish with minced chives.
