Deviled Eggs with Caviar, Magnolia Grill's

List of Ingredients
- 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half, yolks removed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 ounce American caviar
Instructions
- Mash yolks in a bowl. Combine with mayonnaise until fairly smooth. Add mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco and chives, and combine well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill whites evenly with the yolk mixture (the eggs can be made several hours ahead up to this point). Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top each egg with a generous spoonful of caviar and garnish with minced chives.
