Dill Shrimp Crostini

List of Ingredients
- 36 slices party rye bread
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 1 pkg. (8 ounces) sliced dill Havarti cheese
- 36 medium shelled and deveined shrimp, thawed if frozen and tails removed
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400° F. Place bread on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to crisp.
- Spread one side of each bread slice with honey mustard. Cut the cheese slices into 2-inch squares and place on bread. Top each with one shrimp. Sprinkle with chives and dill.
- Bake on bottom rack of oven for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
