    Dill Shrimp Crostini

    List of Ingredients


    • 36 slices party rye bread
    • 1/4 cup honey mustard
    • 1 pkg. (8 ounces) sliced dill Havarti cheese
    • 36 medium shelled and deveined shrimp, thawed if frozen and tails removed
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
    • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place bread on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to crisp.

    2. Spread one side of each bread slice with honey mustard. Cut the cheese slices into 2-inch squares and place on bread. Top each with one shrimp. Sprinkle with chives and dill.

    3. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
