    Dilled Smoked Salmon Spread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 Tbsp salt
    • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill weed
    • 1-1/2 lbs. smoked salmon, chopped
    • Garnish: Fresh dill weed sprigs


    Instructions


    1. Stir together first 4 ingredients. Stir in fish. Cover and chill at least 6 hours.

      Garnish, if desired.

      Makes 4 cups.
