    Fresh Herb Vegetable Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    "I entertain a lot and am always looking for an easy crowd-pleaser. If it's one where I use fresh ingredients from my herb and vegetable garden, it's even better! I serve this dip in individual servings for large parties so each person has their own cup."

    List of Ingredients

    â—¦ ¼ cup olive oil
    â—¦ 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    â—¦ 1 ½ cups sour cream
    â—¦ 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons chopped chives
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
    â—¦ 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
    â—¦ 1 clove garlic, halved
    â—¦ ½ teaspoon salt
    â—¦ ¼ teaspoon pepper
    â—¦ Assorted fresh vegetables

    Recipe

    Place the first twelve ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with vegetables.

    Makes 3 cups
