    Gigi's Cocktail Lobster Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large ripe avocado
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 Tbsp horseradish
    • 2 tsp grated onion
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp seasoned salt
    • Juice of 1/2 lime
    • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco)

    • Chilled, bite-sized pieces of cooked lobster (or other seafood)


    Instructions


    1. Peel the avocado and mash. (You should have about 1-1/2 cups avocado.) Combine with the sour cream, horseradish, grated onion, garlic powder, salt, lime juice and hot pepper sauce. Blend well and chill.

      Serve as a dip for chilled, bite-size pieces of lobster. (Other cooked seafood can be substituted, or use a combination of cooked seafood.)

      Makes about 2 cups.
