Gigi's Cocktail Lobster Dip

- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco)

- Chilled, bite-sized pieces of cooked lobster (or other seafood)
Instructions
- Peel the avocado and mash. (You should have about 1-1/2 cups avocado.) Combine with the sour cream, horseradish, grated onion, garlic powder, salt, lime juice and hot pepper sauce. Blend well and chill.
Serve as a dip for chilled, bite-size pieces of lobster. (Other cooked seafood can be substituted, or use a combination of cooked seafood.)
Makes about 2 cups.
