Guess Club's Chili-Papaya Dip

List of Ingredients
- 8 fresh piments-lampion, or small habanero peppers, membranes and seeds removed, flesh minced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 medium papaya, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Mix chilies with garlic and salt; mash together. Add papaya pieces and mix well. Add ginger, turmeric powder and onions; mix again, mashing together with a fork or masher until the mixture has a pureed consistency. Add lime juice.
- Place the mixture in a pan and let it slowly cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
