List of Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh basil leaves
- One 5-1/2- to 6-ounce log of fresh chevre (goat cheese)
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

- Baguette slices
Instructions
- On a 12x15-inch piece of plastic wrap, mix the chives, cilantro and basil. Roll cheese log in herb mixture to coat evenly.
- Set on a small rimmed plate or serving dish and drizzle with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Serve with baguette slices.
