Hot Crab Spread

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp milk
- ½ pound fresh crabmeat, bits of shell removed
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- ½ tsp prepared horseradish (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds or chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix all ingredients, except the nuts. Spoon mixture into an ovenproof baking dish and sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 15 minutes, and serve with assorted crackers.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
