    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup chopped cooked shrimp (about 1/2 lb. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp)
    • 1/4 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
    • 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2/3 cup finely chopped green onions
    • 2/3 cup sour cream
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
    • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
    • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp onion powder
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Process all ingredients except 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

    2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400° F for 15 minutes, or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes.

    3. Serve spread with assorted unsalted crackers, thin slices of French bread, or sourdough bread.

      Yield: About 4 cups
