List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped cooked shrimp (about 1/2 lb. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp)
- 1/4 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Process all ingredients except 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400° F for 15 minutes, or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Serve spread with assorted unsalted crackers, thin slices of French bread, or sourdough bread.
Yield: About 4 cups
