Jalapeno Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 small package Uncle Dan's Original Dressing mix
- 2 heaping Tbsp La Victoria jalapeno peppers with carrots and onions
- 2 tsp juice from jalapenos
- 2 Tbsp chopped dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Put the cream cheese, dressing mix, jalapeno peppers and jalapeno juice into a food processor and blend well. Refrigerate.
- Remove the dip from refrigeration 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with the peanuts. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes about 2 cups.
