    Layered Shrimp and Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces light cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    • 1 (12-ounce) bottle cocktail sauce
    • 1/2 lb. small cooked shrimp, drained and patted dry with paper towels
    • 2 to 3 green onions, finely chopped
    • 1 cup grated mozzarella or jack cheese
    • 1 small green pepper, seeded and finely diced
    • 1 to 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
    • .
    • Tortilla chips


    Instructions


    1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread in the bottom of a medium-sized serving dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    2. Spread the cocktail sauce over the cream cheese layer. Top with the shrimp, green onions and mozzarella. Sprinkle with the green pepper and tomatoes.

      Serve with the tortilla chips.

      Makes 8 servings.
