Layered Shrimp and Cheese Dip

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces light cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle cocktail sauce
- 1/2 lb. small cooked shrimp, drained and patted dry with paper towels
- 2 to 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated mozzarella or jack cheese
- 1 small green pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1 to 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced

- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread in the bottom of a medium-sized serving dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Spread the cocktail sauce over the cream cheese layer. Top with the shrimp, green onions and mozzarella. Sprinkle with the green pepper and tomatoes.
Serve with the tortilla chips.
Makes 8 servings.
