Lemon Shrimp

List of Ingredients
- 2-1/2 lbs. large shrimp, stemmed, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
- 4 large lemons, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
- Garlic salt to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (34-ounce) bottle olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Layer the shrimp, onions and lemon slices in a large serving bowl until all of the ingredients are used, sprinkling each layer with rosemary and garlic salt. Pour the olive oil over the layers until the top layer is covered. Drizzle with lemon juice. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Drain before serving.
