Li'l Smokey Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda or smoked Cheddar
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 or 3 tsp milk
- 2 Tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce
- Crushed walnuts, to coat cheese ball
- .
- Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Let ingredients sit until they reach room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients except walnuts and crackers. Refrigerate until firm.
- Form mixture into a ball; roll in crushed walnuts. Return to refrigerator. Serve at room temperature with Ritz crackers.
Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
