List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sliced baked ham
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F). Place the ham in the bowl of a food processor, or in several batches in a blender, and process until chopped as finely as possible.
- Combine the milk and hot pepper sauce. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick with the seasoned milk, stirring with a wooden spoon until almost combined. Stir in the ham and cheese.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out with a 1/2-inch biscuit cutter, dipping the cutter in flour occasionally to prevent sticking. (The scraps of dough can be lightly pressed together and patted out to cut again.) Place on ungreased baking sheets about 1 inch apart and bake 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Makes 44 biscuits.
