Nacho Cheese Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 ounces) Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Combine cheese spread, diced tomatoes and green chiles, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, and cumin in a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once, until melted and smooth. Pour into a serving bowl.
Serve warm with chips, bell pepper wedges, or carrot sticks.
Makes 2-1/4 cups.
