Nut-Glazed Brie Cheese

- 1/3 cup chopped, toasted pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp brandy
- 14-ounce round Brie cheese (about 5 inches in diameter)

- Sliced apples
- Lemon juice
- Crackers
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine nuts, brown sugar, and brandy. Stir to mix well. Cover and chill until ready to use.
- To serve, place cheese on a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in a 500-degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened. Spread nut mixture on top and bake for 2 to 3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and cheese is heated through, but not melted.
- Meanwhile, brush apple slices with lemon juice.
Arrange apple slices and crackers around cheese and serve.
