    Original Buffalo Wings

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces
    • Oil
    • 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
    • 1/3 cup butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Deep-fry wings in hot oil at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or until cooked and crispy. Drain.

    2. Combine cayenne pepper sauce and melted butter. Dip wings in sauce to coat.

      Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing, if desired.

      Serves 8



    Final Comments


    VARIATION: You may bake wings for 1 hour in a 425-degree oven or grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.
