List of Ingredients
- 2-1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces
- Oil
- 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Deep-fry wings in hot oil at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or until cooked and crispy. Drain.
- Combine cayenne pepper sauce and melted butter. Dip wings in sauce to coat.
Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing, if desired.

VARIATION: You may bake wings for 1 hour in a 425-degree oven or grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.
