Party Appetizer Meatballs

List of Ingredients
â—¦ 2 pounds lean ground beef
â—¦ 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
â—¦ 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
â—¦ ½ cup dry bread crumbs
â—¦ ¼ cup finely chopped onion
â—¦ 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
â—¦ 1 tablespoon ketchup
â—¦ 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
â—¦ 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
â—¦ 1 teaspoon dried basil
â—¦ 1 teaspoon salt
â—¦ ¼ teaspoon pepper
Sauce:
â—¦ 1 bottle (14 ounces) hot or regular ketchup
â—¦ 2 tablespoons cornstarch
â—¦ 1 jar (12 ounces) apple jelly
â—¦ 1 jar (12 ounces) currant jelly
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350° F for 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
Combine ketchup and cornstarch in roasting pan. Stir in jellies; add the meatballs. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
