    Pate of Goat Cheese, Pesto & Roasted Peppers

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (5-1/2-ounce) log goat cheese
    • 2-1/2 Tbsp homemade or prepared pesto
    • 1 peeled and seeded roasted red bell pepper, preferably fresh


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients by hand or in food processor, adjusting amounts according to taste.

      Serve with bruschetta or crackers.

      Makes about 1 cup.
