- 1 (5-1/2-ounce) log goat cheese
- 2-1/2 Tbsp homemade or prepared pesto
- 1 peeled and seeded roasted red bell pepper, preferably fresh
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients by hand or in food processor, adjusting amounts according to taste.
Serve with bruschetta or crackers.
Makes about 1 cup.
