    Pecan Chicken Fingers

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    • 2 cups coarsely ground pecans
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1-1/2 cups maple syrup
    • 1 cup canola oil


    Instructions


    1. Place chicken between pieces of waxed paper and flatten slightly with a meat pounder. Cut each breast into 4 strips.

    2. Mix ground pecans, flour and salt together in a small bowl. Pour maple syrup into a separate small bowl and dip each chicken strip into the maple syrup. Then roll each strip in the pecan-flour mixture.

    3. Heat oil and saute chicken until brown, about 3 minutes per side.
