Peppery Glazed Chicken Wings

List of Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- ½ cup sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1½ cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp cracked black pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In bowl, combine oil and minced garlic. Add chicken wings and turn to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place wings on baking sheet in one layer and bake, turning once, until cooked through and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
- In medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, 1 cup water, cracked pepper, crushed garlic and red pepper flakes. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until mixture becomes syrupy, about 30 minutes.
Transfer wings to a bowl and toss with glaze.
Makes 4 servings.
