Quesadillas with Cheese & Chili

List of Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas, about 8 inches in diameter
- 2/3 cup shredded Mexican-style four-cheese mix
- 2 Tbsp canned chopped green chilies
- Optional: 1 green onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees (F).
- Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and toast 5 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Spread the cheese on top of 1 tortilla, leaving about 1/2-inch around the edge. Sprinkle the chilies and green onion on top. Top with second tortilla, pressing lightly. Bake 8 minutes on center oven rack, or until cheese has melted. Cool a few minutes before cutting into wedges.
Makes 1 serving.
