    Roasted Provolone

    List of Ingredients

    â—¦ 1 (¾-inch-thick) slice provolone (5 to 6 ounces)
    â—¦ Pinch of dried oregano
    â—¦ 4 toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
    â—¦ Grilled toast

    Recipe

    Preheat broiler to high. Put cheese in a 5- to 6-inch ovenproof skillet. Broil cheese until browned and bubbling, 9 to 10 minutes. Transfer hot skillet to a plate lined with a napkin or kitchen towel. Season with oregano; garnish with walnuts.

    Serve hot with toast.

    Makes 1 serving
