Salmon-Dill Toasts

List of Ingredients
- 12 ounces hot smoked salmon, diced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs fresh dill
- .
- Melba toasts or similar crackers
Instructions
- Mix the salmon, onion, dill, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Put in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
Serve, garnished with sprigs of parsley and dill (cut them up if that's your preference) and surrounded by the Melba toasts for guests to spread their own.
Makes about 35 toasts.
