Sausage Appetizer

- 1 (8-ounce) jar prepared sweet & sour sauce
- 2 cups catsup
- 1 lb. bacon
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 rings Kielbasa (or your favorite sausage)*
Instructions
- Cut sausage into 1-1/4-inch chunks. Cut bacon strips in two, crosswise. Wrap each sausage chunk with a bacon strip and spear closed with a toothpick.
- Place meat in a 9x13-inch pan. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Stir sweet & sour sauce, catsup, and brown sugar together; pour over meat. Bake one hour longer, uncovered.
Makes approximately 30 appetizers.
Final Comments
* This recipe also works well with smoked bratwurst.
