• 1/4 lb. bleu cheese, crumbled
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  
• 6 scallions, sliced
  
• 1 clove garlic
  
• 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
  
• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• Cayenne, to taste
  






Instructions



1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and purée.
   
   Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
