    Hot Crab Meat Appetizer

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • Dash Worcestershire sauce
    • Dash Tabasco sauce
    • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1/2 to 1 tsp horseradish
    • 1 Tbsp milk
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 lb. crab meat
    • Paprika
    • Parsley for garnish
    • Assorted crackers


    Instructions


    1. Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise, horseradish, milk, lemon juice, onion and salt. Mix well. Fold in crab meat.

    2. Spread in the bottom of a large pie plate and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.

      Serve with crackers.

      Makes 8 to 10 servings.
