Hot Crab Meat Appetizer

- 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 to 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- Paprika
- Parsley for garnish
- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise, horseradish, milk, lemon juice, onion and salt. Mix well. Fold in crab meat.
- Spread in the bottom of a large pie plate and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
