Sherried Cheese Balls

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes (2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup stemmed parsley sprigs, packed
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- Paprika

- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- Put half of the cheese in blender container; blend until chopped. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining cheese. Put cheese, softened butter, dry mustard, dry sherry, and milk in blender container; blend until smooth. Divide into thirds; form each third into a ball.
- Put parsley in blender container; blend until chopped. Roll one ball in the chopped parsley, another in toasted sesame seed, and the third in paprika.
Serve cheese balls with assorted crackers.
