    Sherried Cheese Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes (2 cups)
    • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    • 1/3 cup dry sherry
    • 3 Tbsp milk
    • 1/2 cup stemmed parsley sprigs, packed
    • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    • Paprika
    • .
    • Assorted crackers


    Instructions


    1. Put half of the cheese in blender container; blend until chopped. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining cheese. Put cheese, softened butter, dry mustard, dry sherry, and milk in blender container; blend until smooth. Divide into thirds; form each third into a ball.

    2. Put parsley in blender container; blend until chopped. Roll one ball in the chopped parsley, another in toasted sesame seed, and the third in paprika.

      Serve cheese balls with assorted crackers.
