Shrimp and Bacon Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (5-ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
- 5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Garnish: additional chopped green onion
- Assorted crackers
- Raw vegetables
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (cream cheese through shrimp) in a 1.5-quart slow cooker. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with additional chopped green onion. Serve with assorted crackers or raw vegetables.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
