    • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 (5-ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
    • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    • ¼ tsp ground red pepper
    • 5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • .
    • Garnish: additional chopped green onion
    • Assorted crackers
    • Raw vegetables


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients (cream cheese through shrimp) in a 1.5-quart slow cooker. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

      Garnish with additional chopped green onion. Serve with assorted crackers or raw vegetables.

      Makes 10 to 12 servings.
