    Smoked Salmon Spread (Barefoot Contessa's)

    From "Barefoot Contessa Family Style" by Ina Garten

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill (more or less, to taste)
    • 1 tsp prepared horseradish, drained
    • ½ tsp kosher salt
    • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • ¼ pound (4 ounces) smoked salmon, minced
    • .
    • Crackers (such as rye) or crudités for serving


    Instructions


    1. Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until just smooth.

    2. Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix together. Add smoked salmon and mix well.

      Serve with crackers or crudités.

      Makes 1½ pints.
