Smoked Salmon Spread (Barefoot Contessa's)

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill (more or less, to taste)
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish, drained
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ pound (4 ounces) smoked salmon, minced
- .
- Crackers (such as rye) or crudités for serving
Instructions
- Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until just smooth.
- Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix together. Add smoked salmon and mix well.
Serve with crackers or crudités.
Makes 1½ pints.
