Smoky Guacamole

List of Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp chipotle chile hot sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- Garnish: 1 small canned chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce, drained and sliced
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half. Scoop avocado pulp into bowl; mash with a fork or potato masher until almost smooth. Stir in cilantro and next 4 ingredients. Garnish, if desired.
Makes 2 cups.
