Spicy Monterey Jack Cheese Logs

List of Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Divide mixture into 2 equal portions; shape each portion into an 8-inch log.
- Combine walnuts and parsley. Roll cheese logs evenly in walnut mixture; cover and chill for 8 hours.
Makes about 12 appetizer servings.
