Triple Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
- Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- Two 8-ounce packages sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- One 8-ounce package crumbled blue cheese
- ½ onion, diced
- 1½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1½ cups finely chopped pecans, divided
- 1½ cups chopped fresh parsley, divided
Instructions
- Blend together cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes; mix in 1 cup pecans and ½ cup parsley. Cover and chill one hour. Shape into four balls.
- Combine remaining pecans and parsley; roll balls in mixture. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers or crispy baguette rounds.
Makes 32 servings.
