Very Cheesy Olive Bread

List of Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) loaf French bread
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1 (8-ounce) block Provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) block Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 (2.25-ounce) cans sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup sliced green olives with pimientos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Slice bread in half lengthwise, and place on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine butter and Creole seasoning. Spread butter mixture evenly on cut sides of bread halves. Top with cheeses and olives.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
